Jan Markgraf will assume responsibility for the digitalization of internal processes as VP of Transformation. As a certified project manager, he brings extensive experience in digitalization projects in the insurance industry and has in-depth knowledge of process optimization and agile methods. His focus is on the targeted use of AI technologies to further automate processes and increase efficiency. The goal is to make Novumstate even more transparent, efficient, and customer-focused through intelligent, digital structures.
