Novumstate expands portfolio to 15,000 units
Acquisition of agregora property management and expansion into the Rhine-Main area.
Berlin, July 30, 2024. Novumstate GmbH announces the acquisition of the renowned property management company agregora. With this strategic acquisition in a new region of Germany, Novumstate is taking a significant step in expanding its portfolio and presence in the German real estate market, and now manages over 15,000 units throughout Germany.
Agregora, which has existed since 1987, is now being continuously developed under the new management of Steffen Haas. The 56-year-old family man has more than 20 years of experience in various areas and positions in the real estate industry. Most recently, Mr. Haas was managing director of a property management company in the Frankfurt am Main area for 8 years. He will now further establish and expand agregora as one of the leading management companies. It now covers several thousand residential and commercial units in the area of home ownership management as well as rental management, and focuses on a range of properties from smaller residential complexes to large properties.
Big step in the growth strategy
