As an experienced industrial engineer and real estate agent, Lidija Arndt has built up an extensive track record in the industry and will contribute her expertise as a new Novumstate member. Since , she has been managing Cosmo Living GmbH independently and has 25 years of professional experience in the Berlin real estate industry. During her career, she has specialized in various key areas, including technical property development, monument protection, energy-efficient renovation, neighborhood solutions and the mobility transition.
