Digital property management: Real estate investor Holger Ballwanz invests in Novumstate
Berlin, May 6, 2024. Novumstate, an innovative company in the field of property management, is pleased to announce that the renowned real estate investor Holger Ballwanz has invested in the company. David Pikart, co-founder of Novumstate GmbH, and Holger Ballwanz have agreed not to disclose the exact amount.
Holger Ballwanz, board member of REBA IMMOBILIEN AG and CEO of Hotel Investments AG, brings his extensive expertise and network to the partnership to support the growth and development of Novumstate. Novumstate aims to transform traditional property management through digitalization, modern processes and synergies. With the newly acquired capital, the company will advance its ambitious goals and implement innovative measures to meet the increasing demands of real estate investors, owners, tenants and other stakeholders.
A main focus is on building the group structure and developing the platform with proprietary software. Novumstate plans to hire talented process designers and HR experts who will work on the future-oriented direction of the property management industry. By building the platform and optimizing internal processes, Novumstate strives to offer efficient and first-class services.
Clear goal: 20,000 units by the end of the year
David Pikart, co-founder of Novumstate GmbH, explains: “We have clear milestones in mind: By the end of this year, we aim to manage over 20,000 units and thus already be among the top 1% of property management companies in Germany. Next year, we want to cross the finish line of 30,000 units and thus be among the top 0.4%.
Novumstate currently manages over 14,500 units. The introduction of a digital platform will revolutionize communication channels and manage properties more efficiently. Another important milestone for Novumstate is the launch of its own online platform later this year. This platform will be based on the latest technology and will enable intuitive and efficient interaction between tenants, owners and property managers using artificial intelligence.
“Thanks to the successful investment round, we can put our vision into practice and significantly influence the future of property management,” explains David Pikart. “We will use the funds to further develop our digital tools, drive process optimization and implement customized automation solutions. This will enable us to increase efficiency, eliminate unnecessary paperwork and provide outstanding service.”
Novumstate will announce further information about its projects and services in the coming months. The company invites real estate investors, owners and interested parties to shape the future of property management together with Novumstate.
