Effective August 1, 2025, Mr. Dat Nguyen will assume management of BRIX Hausverwaltung GmbH. Mr. Nguyen brings deep expertise in rental property and condominium (WEG) management and stands for continuity, reliability, and operational excellence.
The transition will be conducted with the utmost care and in close collaboration with Mr. Mark Dieterle, who has successfully led BRIX as Managing Director for many years. Mr. Dieterle will continue to advise Novumstate and Mr. Nguyen beyond the transition period to ensure a smooth handover and the long-term maintenance of BRIX’s high service standards.
